FEW RULES FOR EXCHANGE
- Products can be exchanged due to technical errors or issues that prevent the trading product from functioning as intended
- Upgrades: Products which couldn’t work due to terminal upgrades and an update wasnt provided from 2 weeks interval can be exchanged
- However, note, Exchanges will not be granted due to user errors or incorrect configurations. The admins will assist with installation to help resolve any issues.
- The product you want to exchange to should be in the price range of the one you want to exchange to
- Other issues will be reviewed and the appropriate actions will be taken
FORM FIELDS
- Your Email: Provide your email address, its best you provide the one you used to make the purchase
- Product to Exchange: Mention the product which has the issue which you want to exchange
- Product to Exchange to: Mention the product which you want to exchange it to
- Reason for Exchange: Get straight to the point, describe the error you got. Add any other reason why you want to exchange it
